At Mark Weiner Law, we provide Elite Immigration Services.
Mark Weiner Law is an immigration law firm focused on family-based and business-based immigration. Since 1989, the firm has represented individuals, families, investors, entrepreneurs, employers and multinational companies in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. consulates and other immigration authorities.
The firm’s business immigration practice includes E-2 treaty investor visas, L-1 intracompany transfers, employment-based immigration and consular processing. These matters frequently require more than the preparation of immigration forms. They can involve business formation and structure, capitalization, source and path of funds, corporate relationships, employment requirements and the development of a coherent evidentiary strategy.
The firm also represents U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents in family-based immigration matters, including immigrant visa processing and adjustment of status. Each case is evaluated individually, with the objective of identifying the most effective lawful strategy and anticipating issues before they become problems.
Mark Weiner personally oversees the legal strategy and preparation of each matter. The practice is intentionally focused on individualized representation, direct attorney access and practical advice based on decades of immigration experience.
Experience that is specific, not generic.
Mark Weiner has practiced U.S. immigration law since 1989. His practice is built on decades of direct experience with family-based and business immigration, including treaty investor visas, multinational companies, employment-based immigration, consular processing, and complex immigration matters requiring careful factual and legal analysis.
Clients work directly with Mark. Their cases are not handed off to layers of associates or managed as volume files. He combines long experience in immigration law with a practical understanding of business formation, investment structures, source and path of funds, corporate operations, and the evidentiary demands of USCIS and U.S. consulates worldwide.
His professional background includes former Florida Bar Board Certification in Immigration and Nationality Law, service as President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Central Florida Chapter, service on The Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee, extensive speaking and teaching in immigration law, and thousands of administrative immigration hearings. His legal education and professional experience have also extended internationally, including study and practice in Europe and China.
The result is a practice that emphasizes judgment, preparation, accessibility, and direct attorney involvement. The objective is not simply to file a case, but to identify weaknesses early, structure the evidence correctly, and present the strongest legally supportable case from the outset.
